4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy (typically 7-day money-back guarantee for new users).

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TradeJournal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
